Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to oversee the full supply chain process--from sourcing and procurement to inventory control, logistics, and vendor management. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, cost savings, and timely delivery of goods to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Purchasing & Procurement



Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies Source, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors and suppliers Review backorder reports and issue purchase orders Determine appropriate quantities and timing of deliveries Track key purchasing metrics to reduce expenses and improve efficiency Partner with internal stakeholders to confirm requirements and documentation Monitor inbound freight and coordinate with freight providers for discrepancies

Inventory & Logistics



Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service functions Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle Track stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product quality Monitor delivery timelines, transport costs, and operational efficiency Forecast upcoming inventory and demand levels Supervise, train, and support the inventory team Maintain performance data and implement improvements

General



Resolve issues, discrepancies, or complaints Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, regulations, and ISO requirements Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications



Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with inventory management systems and MS Office Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
