Salary Range

: $37,000-$42,000 annual with a bi-weekly pay issuance, pay days on Fridays

Position Overview



We are looking for an

entry to intermediate level

Procurement Specialist who is detail-oriented, efficient, and organized to join our Retail Purchasing Team. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, from vendor communication and purchase order creation to payment processing and record management. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective purchasing of products while maintaining compliance with company policies and supporting operational efficiency.

They will support and take charge in cross department communication with our Logistics and Warehouse Team to ensure smooth recipient and delivery of goods and products, as well as identify opportunities and implement changes to improve purchasing procedures.

Responsibilities



Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation prior to payment processing Communicate with vendors and freelancers to facilitate smooth purchasing operations and promptly resolve any discrepancies or issues Prepare, review, and submit payment requests for vendors and freelancers in a timely manner Research and identify competitive deals and cost-saving opportunities for procurement Create, process, and monitor purchase orders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to track recipients and deliveries of goods and products, and resolve any shipment or inventory issues Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of supplier profiles, freelancer details, and purchasing transactions in internal systems Identify, recommend, and implement enhancements to streamline purchasing workflows and increase operational efficiency Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and budgetary guidelines Assist with purchasing system upgrades, software implementations, and data migration projects as needed

Minimum Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations, preferably in a retail environment Bilingual in English and Mandarin Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software Is efficient, accurate, and capable of handling repetitive tasks with patience Good communication skills and teamwork abilities for cross-department collaboration Strong detail-orientation for accuracy and compliance in products and deals Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Solution driven in a fast pace, dynamic work environment with a positive attitude, proactive work ethic, and high sense of responsibility

Prefer to Have Requirements



Familiarity with retail inventory management and logistics operations Previous experience in ERP or purchasing systems will be advantageous
