Position: Purchasing Agent
Location: Saint Laurent
Salary: $45,000 to $48,000 based on experience

An international leading company in juvenile products is looking for a Purchasing Agent with knowledge of the Supply Chain process to join their team in Saint Laurent. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary, full benefits, medical and dental and the opportunity to grow your career in an exciting and thriving industry.

Responsibilities:

- Overseeing inventory levels
- Entering orders and maintaining communication with suppliers
- Verifying shipping and customs documentation
- Overseeing new potential products
- Processing purchase orders
- Checking the status of production
- Executing other related tasks to support the supply chain process

What you need to succeed in this role:

- Excel knowledge and experience - required
- Experience related to import or export documentation
- Knowledge of the Supply Chain process
- Knowledge of AS400 - an asset
- Excellent communication skills to support clients across Canada
