Purchaser

Dartmouth, NS, CA, Canada

Job Description

The Purchaser is a relationship-driven, detail-oriented role focused on securing the right parts at the right time to keep AML's operations flowing.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring our supply chain is both cost-efficient and resilient by managing vendor relationships, maintaining clean purchasing data, and aligning purchases with inventory health.

With experience in procurement, ERP systems, and supplier negotiation, you will help prevent production disruptions, optimize cash flow, and build partnerships that support operational excellence. The best match for this role is a self-motivated communicator who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, and finding mutually beneficial outcomes.

The mission of this role is:"Zero parts shortages and optimal inventory turns through proactive vendor management and data-driven purchasing."

At AML, we're always on the hunt for passionate team players who want to make a difference. AMLers commit their hands, their heads, and their hearts to their position. There are no sidelines.
