We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchaser to join our Supply Chain team. As the Purchaser, you will be responsible for supporting procurement and buying within the company, including vendor follow-ups, metrics production, and material expediting. You'll have exceptional organizational and time management skills to ensure both company and customer requirements are met in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

Vendor Management:

Follow up with vendors to check on delivery status and ensure timely receipt of materials.

Metrics Production:

Produce and analyze metrics for the supply chain department to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Material Expediting:

Work with project teams to expedite materials and ensure project timelines are met.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor communications.

Communication:

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any issues related to procurement and delivery.

Support:

Assist the Supply Chain Manager with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Participate in organizational occupational health and safety education, prevention, promotion, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Security Requirements
