Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office environment. This role requires detailed-orientated and strong multitasking abilities , and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multiple groups of people such as staff, vendors, and clients.

Duties



Responsible for the procurement of daily office supplies and other company goods, providing timely support. Manage the daily receipt, tracking, and handling of courier and logistics issues. Collect and analyze reports, manage project tracking, and update system data. Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office administration or clerical role is preferred. Bachelor's degree, with a related field preferred. Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to work. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
