Punjabi Language Teacher

QUALIFICATIONS
: The Continuing Education Program at Grand Erie Learning Alternatives (GELA) requires a teacher with Ontario College of Teachers' Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Intermediate/Senior Divisions in accordance with Ministry of Education regulations.
Candidates must have proficiency, both written and verbal, in Punjabi language.
NOTE: This posting is open to all qualified applicants, including those external to the Board.
HOURS:
Saturdays
EFFECTIVE DATE
: September 13, 2025 to June 30, 2026
RATE:
$49.25 per hour (plus vacation pay)

Your application must include a cover letter, resume, copy of your current Certificate of Qualification, practice teaching reports or the most recent performance review(s), and the names of three (3) professional references (at least one of which must be a current principal/supervisor, if applicable).

INTERVIEWS
: All applications will be subject to a screening process and some applicants may not be granted an interview.
