RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Completing pool services for customers on their pools, hot tubs, or other water features
? Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
? Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
? Representing Puddle Pool Services in the local community and networking with potential
customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
? 2+ years of labor or customer service experience
? Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the pool services industry
? Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
? Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
? A strong work ethic and highly dependable
? Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools
? Driver's license is required
Puddle Pools is a professional pool service company specializing in both residential and commercial jobs in the Vancouver, BC area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on pools, hot tubs, and other water features.
Technician Responsibilities
? Completing jobs for customers using all of our equipment
? Organizing and managing equipment
? Cleaning the interior and exterior of the van
? Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
? Invoicing and payment completion for every job
? Selling further services to customers
? Owning marketing around each job site
? Driving the van to and from each job
? Planning and managing the job site
