Job Summary:

As a Public Relations Specialist at Goldentrust, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our company\'s reputation and ensuring effective communication between the organization and various external audiences. You will develop and execute PR strategies, create engaging content, and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and community partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement PR Strategies:
  • Collaborate with the PR team to plan, execute, and manage PR campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Create strategic PR plans that outline objectives, target audience, key messages, and tactics.
Media Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and other media professionals.
  • Write press releases, media pitches, and other media-related materials.
  • Respond to media inquiries promptly and arrange interviews with company spokespersons
Content Creation:
  • Produce compelling and engaging content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for PR initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Event Management:
  • Plan and execute press conferences, media events, and product launches.
  • Coordinate media attendance, manage logistics, and ensure successful event execution.
Social Media and Online Presence:
  • Monitor and engage in online conversations about the company, addressing both positive and negative sentiments.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align PR efforts with online branding.
Performance Measurement:
  • Track and analyze PR campaign metrics, media coverage, and audience engagement to refine strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to management on PR initiatives\' effectiveness and impact.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Public Relations Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in crafting clear, concise, and compelling content.
  • Demonstrated experience in media relations and securing media coverage.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and online analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Crisis management experience is a plus.
