Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan public relations
- Cultivate media relationships in the US and Canada
- Maximize coverage in key industry trade publications
- Boost product/brand awareness in residential and commercial trade audiences
- Measure PR performance against established goals (ROI/KPIs)
- Collaborate on content creation with social media agency and internal stakeholders
- Manage media at trade shows and ensure post-show follow-up for brand storytelling and coverage
- Engage in media event planning, blogger outreach, influencer engagement, and communication training
- Support social media ambassadors among contractor members in Loyalty programs
- Contribute to annual social media/PR/ORM strategic planning
- Aid marketing service managers, loyalty program personnel, and sales management with product or program launch materials
- Assist paid media efforts with measurable trade placements
- Bachelor\'s degree in business/Marketing or equivalent; master\'s degree preferred
- 5+ years of trade marketing experience, ideally in building materials or roofing industries
- Preferred experience in trade industry or agency showcasing relevant capabilities for this role
- Client engagement skills and charismatic personality traits
- Strong relationship management abilities
