What you'll do

Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, manage seating and waitlists, and help set the pace for each shift Run food and drinks so they hit the table fresh and looking their best Keep communication flowing between servers, the kitchen, and the host stand Stay on top of table maintenance--resets, water refills, and keeping things polished Support your teammates wherever needed because great service is all about teamwork Bring positive, upbeat energy that makes both guests and coworkers want to come back

What you'll bring

Experience in hospitality or restaurants is an asset, but what matters most is a friendly, can-do attitude Strong communication skills and the ability to stay cool when things get busy A team-first mindset--you notice what needs to be done and step in without hesitation Comfort moving quickly on your feet, carrying trays, and balancing multiple tasks Available to work weekday day shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Reliable transportation to and from Brentwood Bay Resort
