Key Responsibilities
:
Prepare and bake doughs, batters, pastries, and specialty items (e.g., wedding cakes).
Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to high standards.
Manage inventory, production schedules, and quality control.
Train and supervise baking staff (1-2 people).
Create gluten-free and French specialty baked goods.
Ensure products meet food safety and allergy considerations.
Requirements
:
Languages
: Bilingual preferred.
Experience
: 1 year minimum in French cuisine.
Education
: No formal education required, previous experience and on-the-job training valorized.
