Transform Rehabilitation Centre is looking to grow our team of motivated, movement-minded clinicians. We're hiring Physiotherapists who are passionate about sport, movement, and helping active individuals return to the activities they love, stronger and more resilient.

At Transform, we specialize in bridging the gap between rehab and performance. Our approach is rooted in science, functional movement, and collaborative care. We work with all demographics as well as athletes of all levels, from youth to elite, and our clinic reflects our commitment to high-performance rehab.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one assessment and treatment in a private clinic setting Develop individualized rehabilitation and return-to-sport plans Collaborate with other therapists and performance coaches Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical notes

What We're Looking For

Professional designation in good standing Liability insurance up to date A genuine love of sport and an interest in working with athletes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience or interest in active rehab, strength training, or return-to-sport programming Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications (Asset, but not required)

Training in manual therapy, IMS , or additional certifications Experience with athletic populations Strength and conditioning background
