Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures. Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Utilize effective phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or scheduling appointments. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales is mandatory*
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers effectively. Experience in technology sales or product demonstrations is a plus, showcasing your ability to engage customers with technical products. A proactive attitude towards upselling and cross-selling products will be highly valued.
