About the Role

KVS Vapour Shop is seeking an

outgoing, customer-focused Sales Associate

to join our team. This is a

part-time position (20+ hours per week)

What You'll Do

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service that builds customer trust and loyalty Identify customer needs and recommend products that best fit their lifestyle Support the Store Manager with merchandising, reporting, and sales tracking Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing Handle store opening and closing duties with care Stay current on product features and promotions through ongoing training Follow health & safety and compliance standards

What We're Looking For

1-2 years of retail or customer service experience (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Must be 19+ and experienced with vaping products

Job Details

Part-time, ongoing employment Hours:

20+ per week

Shifts: 4-8 hours depending on scheduling needs

Locations

We are currently hiring for

multiple KVS Vapour Shop locations (Trail / Creston)

. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate within the Kootenay region before starting work.

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
