is responsible for assisting the team with the efficient and effective management of the entire storage facility. This includes ensuring that sales targets are met, improving the commercial performance of the company by exploring opportunities to maximize profitability, increasing customer satisfaction, and ensuring continued business growth. As well as ensuring that Company policies and procedures are being maintained and followed.

Drive Sales & Customer Growth
Sell storage solutions, following up with leads, and staying ahead of competitors, and find new customers.
Establish an active list of influential individuals (Ambassadors) within the community that can impact business positively.
Promote and sell Apple Self Storage products and services to inquiring customers, this includes handling customers over the phone or in person and implementing approved sales techniques.
Follow up with prospects consistently to explore every opportunity to rent storage space.
Proactively engage in outbound marketing activities, including making phone calls and building relationships with potential referral sources such as moving companies, real estate professionals, and local businesses to generate new leads and drive occupancy.
Deliver Great Customer Service
o Ensure every customer interaction at your site is positive, handle concerns, and maintain high standards.
Support the Total Business
Jump in when needed to assist with the Call Centre with customer inquiries and sales.
From time to time, supporting other sites to cover for vacation, turnover or other reasons on a temporary basis. Mileage and meals will be covered in these instances.
Conduct competitor research in your area.
Manage Payments & Accounts
o Process transactions, following up on late payments, and keeping records up to date.
Keep the Facility Running Smoothly
Daily site and building inspection to ensure cleanliness, safety and security standards are met.
Take preventative measures to ensure maintenance of the building and report any visible damages.
o Maintain the facility's cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Prioritize Safety & Security
Monitor activities on site during business hours to ensure safety and security of patrons and their belongings.
Stay Organized & Report
Ensure that reports are accurate, complete, and delivered on time as per the Site Manager direction.
Report any unusual or irregular items to the Site Manager.
Assist manager in organizing documents and keeping records that might be required for Site Audit purposes.
Your contributions will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and delivering a great experience for our customers and team.
Availability to work every Saturday and one day during the week. Must have vehicle.
