In the position of the

Part-Time Receptionist

reporting to the

Office Manager

, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting our customers and assisting them with their vehicle needs.

You will be accountable for:

Greeting clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Answering the telephone in a warm and courteous manner. Operating a multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representative or department. Welcoming on-site customers, determining the nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary. Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested. Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner. Maintaining the reception and customer lounge area in a tidy and presentable manner. Other duties as assigned

To be successful in this role, you must have:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word. The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems. The ability to work effectively and be part of a team environment Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills. Strong customer service skills.
