Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic light cleaning and repair work like drywall repairs, painting, and fixing fixtures.
- Assist in setting up offices and apartments by moving furniture, boxes, and other items as needed.
- Make deliveries and pick-ups.
- Manage inventory and coordinate supplies, including ordering and stocking items for the facility.
- Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related fields is preferred.
- Valid class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with a clear Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
