We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual for the position of PT (Part-Time) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with children and has a background in early childhood education or caregiving. The PT will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing environment that supports the development and learning of children, particularly those with working persons disabilities.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive care and support to children in a classroom setting.
Implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
Foster an inclusive environment that accommodates children with diverse needs.
Assist in the planning and execution of daily activities tailored to children's interests and abilities.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to education and caregiving.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
Skills
Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Ability to educate and engage children through creative activities.
Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Understanding of the needs of children with working persons disabilities is a plus.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for nurturing children's growth.
