We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while performing cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated areas, including kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, and common spaces. Utilize hand tools and cleaning products as necessary for cleaning tasks. Conduct residential cleaning duties such as floor care, window washing, and waste disposal. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly. Lift heavy objects safely while adhering to proper lifting techniques. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues encountered. Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools and a cleaning products related to cleaning and maintenance. Experience in cleaning is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration within the team. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management to prioritize tasks efficiently. A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met consistently.
