We are currently seeking part-time independent contractor Psychotherapists to provide individual, and couples therapy. This position is

HYBRID in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.

ABOUT US

KCC is a virtual group psychotherapy practice in Barrie Ontario, Canada. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for individuals, families, and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds, gender identities, sexual orientations, neurodivergent experiences and spiritual beliefs.

We specialize in supporting individuals, couples, neurodivergent folks and folks on the 2SLGBTQIA+spectrum. All of our clinicians have lived experience with their own wellness, identity, and/or relationship journeys, as well as professional expertise in the field of psychotherapy and social work. We use a client-centered, integrative approach to help our clients live a life that feels authentic and meaningful to them.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate...

Has a Masters degree, and is Registered with the OCSWSSW or CRPO. Has 2+ years of relevant experience Is confident and compassionate Is able to work independently and as part of a team Has similar values to the Company

Is able to work_

in person at our Barrie location

on Tuesday or Friday evenings; and/or Saturday and Sunday days

Can see a minimum of 10 clients per week (maximum of 20) Ability to work confidently with the following: Individuals and Couples (monogamous and polyamourous/open) The 2SLGBTQIA+ community Neurodivergent folks Folks who have a trauma background

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $96.00-$108.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Are you able to work in-person in Barrie at least 5 hours per week? Are you able to work in-person on Tuesday or Friday evenings; and/or Saturday and Sunday days? (at least 1-2 of these options weekly). Are you licensed to practice the controlled act of psychotherapy in Ontario?

Master's Degree (preferred)
