consulting with prospective clients

, closing them into our

12-session program

, and delivering care that feels both grounded and transformative.

What You'll Do

Deliver 1:1 virtual therapy for men navigating relationship breakdowns, divorce, emotional suppression, high-functioning depression, trauma, or addiction (e.g., porn, work, validation). Run structured consultations that identify client goals, assess clinical fit, and confidently guide the decision to begin a 12-session therapeutic journey. Use

data-informed tools

and progress tracking to personalize treatment and measure outcomes. Apply a range of modalities such as

CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, and somatic-based work

, depending on the client's needs and stage of healing. Document treatment plans, progress notes, and session outcomes to meet ethical and regulatory standards. Collaborate with a supportive internal team of therapists, client care leads, and leadership to maximize client success. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in men's psychology, attachment theory, trauma, and evidence-based interventions. Provide

evening consultations and therapy sessions

to support client availability--therapists with flexible evening hours will be prioritized.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work

Registered (RP, RSW, CCC) or Qualifying

with appropriate supervision Experience or strong interest in working with male clients and a solid understanding of men's emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges Skilled in at least 2+ of the following:

CBT, DBT, IFS, psychodynamic therapy, solution-focused therapy, or somatic work

Strong therapeutic instincts with the ability to blend empathy, structure, and clarity Comfortable having direct, high-integrity conversations during

paid consultations

to help clients commit to change Organized, reliable, and growth-minded--open to giving and receiving feedback Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fully virtual, fast-paced practice Bonus: Background in couples therapy, trauma, or psychoeducational content creation

Why Join Us?

We're not just offering therapy--we're leading a shift in how men heal and relate to themselves and others. This is your chance to be part of a
