Job description Healing Pathways Counselling is a growing therapy practice based out of Oakville, Ontario. We provide quality general counseling and psychotherapy services for a wide range of issues. We are looking for dedicated and passionate therapists that can see clients primarily in person at our Oakville office space. A combination of virtual and in-person is also an option. What we provide: \xc2\xb7 $80 - $90 per clinical hour \xc2\xb7 Create your own work schedule \xc2\xb7 High-quality steady stream of referrals, Jane Platform use, marketing, website, beautiful office space, free parking. \xc2\xb7 Full administration and billing support \xc2\xb7 Strong and supportive team environment Key Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Working towards an average minimum of eight client-hours weekly (calculated monthly) \xc2\xb7 Provide consistent scheduling options for clients \xc2\xb7 Provide free fifteen-minute phone consultations as requested \xc2\xb7 Provide 50-minute-long psychotherapy sessions to adolescents and adults (couples and families an option if the clinician has experience with these populations) \xc2\xb7 Ensure thorough and up-to-date client documentation as per licensing standards Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum Masters\'s level education in the related field. \xc2\xb7 Registered and in good standing with the provincial licensing body (CRPO) is a must.
