Psychometrist

to join our growing multidisciplinary team. We are a midtown Toronto psychology clinic dedicated to evidence-based assessment and intervention for children, adolescents, and adults. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in psychological assessment who values teamwork, excellence, and developmental care.

Position Summary:

As a Psychometrist, you will work under the supervision of a registered psychologist to administer, score, and summarize a broad range of psychological and psychoeducational assessments. You will play a critical role in supporting timely, high-quality diagnostic services for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Administer standardized psychological assessments (e.g., WISC-V, WIAT-IV, NEPSY-II, BASC-3) Score measures and write reports Prepare assessment materials and ensure accuracy in administration Maintain clear and confidential records in an EMR system Collaborate with psychologist(s) to support timely, high-quality diagnostic reports

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (or related field) At least 2 year of experience conducting assessments with children and/or adolescents Strong knowledge of psychometric tools and standardized test procedures Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills Experience with neurodiverse populations (e.g., ADHD, learning disabilities, autism) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with EMR (Telus PS Suite) is an asset
