Responsibilities
Administer, score, and report psychological and neuropsychological measures (both paper and electronic), including norm calculations and standardized reporting.
Maintain and organize test databases and materials, coordinating inventory with staff as needed.
Share results and collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care.
Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all assessment records, upholding the highest ethical and professional standards.
Document consultation activities and maintain clinical records in a thorough and timely manner.
Provide support to the psychologist and clinical team with additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Science, Science, or a related field (required); Master's degree preferred.
Previous psychometric experience with individuals (young adults through seniors) with neurodevelopmental and acquired neurological disorders (required).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to connect with patients, build rapport, and put them at ease during the assessment process.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a genuine commitment to high-quality work.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; comfort with technology, software platforms, and electronic record systems.
Bilingualism English / French is required.
