CRUX Psychology is expanding our assessment team and inviting qualified professionals to join us as
psychometrists

About Psychometry
Psychometry involves administering and scoring standardized psychological tests under the supervision of a registered psychologist. In this role, you will help gather high-quality data for assessments such as:
ADHD
Autism
Psychoeducational assessments
Neuropsychological assessments
Personality/diagnostic evaluations
Medical-legal assessments
Forensic-legal assessments
Testing is completed using various standardized measures, and the work includes test administration, accurate scoring, clear documentation, and professional client interactions.
This opportunity provides:

Key Responsibilities
Administer standardized psychological tests (e.g., cognitive, academic, attention, memory, and personality measures) under the supervision of a registered psychologist
Score tests accurately and efficiently, following standardized procedures
Document testing sessions and observations in a clear, professional manner
Prepare test materials and ensure all protocols are organized and complete
Interact with clients in a professional, compassionate manner
Coordinate with supervising psychologists to clarify instructions, procedures, and timelines
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards
Assist with related administrative or testing-preparation tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Psychology or an immediately adjacent discipline (e.g., Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or related discipline)
Experience working as a psychometrist is considered an asset
Enrollment in a graduate program in Psychology or a related discipline is considered an asset
Strong attention to detail and effectiveness following structured protocols
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Comfortable working with clients in a one-on-one testing context
Willingness to learn new measures, procedures, and technologies as needed
Able to work
