We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, and possess the ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans. The Psychologist will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental well-being of our patients through evidence-based practices and research.
Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
Provide therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient progress, treatment plans, and data collection for ongoing research initiatives.
Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
Stay updated with the latest research in psychology to enhance clinical practices.
Requirements
Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure to practice as a Psychologist.
Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to psychological assessments and treatments.
Proven ability to conduct research and apply findings to clinical practice.
Strong data collection skills for tracking patient progress and outcomes.
Experience or training in special education is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
