? A steady stream of referrals tailored to your clinical interests (therapy, assessments, or both) and preferred age groups
? The option to use in-house psychometrists to support assessment work

? A hybrid model - with at least

10 hours in-person per week

and the rest virtual

Who We're Looking For

? Registered (or eligible for registration) as a Psychologist or Psychological Associate with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO) - including those applying for supervised practice
? Available for at least

15 client sessions per week

? Comfortable providing in-person services (Ottawa-based) for at least

10 hours per week

? Interested in therapy, assessments, or a combination -- we tailor caseloads to your strengths and interests
? Skilled in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ERP, ACT, attachment-focused therapy, etc.)
? Warm, collaborative, and client-centred, with openness to teamwork and shared growth
