Job Summary


We are seeking a qualified Psychologist to oversee treatment planning assessments for motor vehicle accident (MVA) clients. This contract role focuses on ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care and supporting the clinical team in delivering individualized treatment.

This position is fully remote an open to qualified applicants in Ontario.

Responsibilities



Review and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with contracted therapists. Provide clinical consultation and guidance to therapists as required to ensure effective treatment delivery. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and privacy legislation. Participate in case discussions, clinical supervision, and team meetings as required to support continuous quality improvement. Ensure all services comply with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements, including the College of Psychologists of Ontario and PHIPA. Option to provide therapy and counseling sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Support special education initiatives by providing insights into students' psychological needs.

Qualifications



Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution and active and good standing registration with the College of Psychologists in Ontario. Experience in treatment planning, preferably in trauma and MVA contexts. Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and ability to provide clinical supervision. Proficiency with virtual platforms and clinical software. Commitment to professional development and collaborative care. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation standards is essential.
