Psychological Associate or Psychologist
to join our team. Applicants registered for
supervised practice
with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments, including cognitive, academic, and socio-emotional testing (administration supported by trained psychometrists as needed)
Conduct psychotherapy and evidence-based interventions with children, adolescents, and/or adults
Prepare clear, comprehensive psychological reports and treatment plans
Collaborate with clients, families, schools, and other professionals where appropriate
Uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards in alignment with the CPBAO and PHIPA
Participate in team consultation and case discussions within the practice
Qualifications
Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPBAO) as a:
Psychologist
(Autonomous or Supervised Practice) or
Psychological Associate
Canadian clinical experience is required
(private practice or other clinical settings)
Competence in administering, interpreting, and reporting on standardized psychological measures (e.g., WAIS, WISC, WIAT, WMS, BASC)
Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness-based approaches)
Strong report-writing and case formulation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client rapport
Ability to work independently, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture

Hybrid - in-person assessments in Toronto may be required; therapy sessions and report writing can often be conducted remotely
