To this end, we utilize integrative approaches with our clients, drawing on various empirically supported treatments (e.g. EFT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness-based, Body-based (e.g. somatic experiencing), CBT, Reconsolidation Therapy, to name a few). Our Space



We enjoy having a space that inspires us to come to work. This is reflected in our newly renovated, bright offices and carefully crafted decor. Our day-to-day tasks are supported by a proficient and client-centered full-time virtual administrative assistants. Our patient management system, i.e. online booking, charting, and billing is streamlined via secure, online software system (Jane App). We aim to operate almost entirely paper-free and remain committed to improving our client experience and engage in outcome monitoring.

Responsibilities



- Provide psychotherapy services to adult clients
- Conduct psychodiagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs

- Conduct ADHD, and/or ASD assessments (training available)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation; use of generative AI for documentation purposes is possible
- Monitor and evaluate client progress throughout the course of therapy
- Stay current with developments in the field of psychotherapy through continuing education and professional development activities

Requirements



- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Registered or eligible for registration with College of Psychologists and Behavioral Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Must possess Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain insurance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $90.00-$150.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
