Duties

Provide one-on-one sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective learning strategies. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and team members regarding student performance and areas for improvement. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts. Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and understanding. Strong organizational skills to plan lessons effectively and track student progress. Pay: $17.20-$35.00 per hour
