Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support to individuals in need of assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and private homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of personal care and household tasks to promote independence and dignity.

Duties

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Maintain cleanliness of living spaces, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

Skills

Experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or senior care preferred Knowledge of patient care practices, including dementia care and hospice care Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities Strong caregiving skills with an emphasis on empathy and patience Proficient in cleaning tasks related to maintaining a safe living space Capable of performing nursing-related tasks as needed Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and their families Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of clients while providing consistent support

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.28-$39.54 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 37.5 per week
