Job Description

We are looking for part time staff for days, evenings, overnights and weekends.

Green Meadows Special Care Home is privately owned and operated with over 20 years in the community. We pride ourselves in the exceptional care of our residents by creating a home-like atmosphere filled with compassion and dignity. We have three homes in the community: Lower Millstream, Belleisle Creek, and Berwick. We are seeking mature, reliable, professional individuals who are resident-focused, can multi-task, are organized and can bring a cheerful disposition to our homes.

Duties include:

Cooking and baking, housekeeping, assistance with activities of daily living, medication administration, supervision, personal care, etc.

Training courses are available.

Employment Requirements:

Personal Support Worker/ Health Care Aide certificate (or willingness to obtain) First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain) Food Safety certificate (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with Mental Health Residents

Candidates must provide:

Clear Criminal record check /Vulnerable Sector Check Clear Social Development Record Check.

Experience:

Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
