Summary

'Caregiver' position for an autistic man in private home located in Hamilton North. We are looking for an applicant who can provide compassionate support and assistance primarily for overnight shifts. Hours will vary from week to week as the homeowner works shifts.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Assist with feeding, peri care, washing and general hygiene Maintain accurate records of care provided Follow safety protocols to ensure client well-being

Qualifications

Proven experience in caregiving, home care, or related fields.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient, and reliable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required Flexibility to adapt to different client needs

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.35-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 32 per week
