Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to care for our Grandmother while we are on vacation for 4 weeks . The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings. She is in a retirement home and does require minimum assistance 2 days a week, 7am to 10am. Mondays and Thursdays or Mondays and Fridays.
Duties
Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to our grandmother, fostering a positive environment. Maintain a clean and safe living space by performing light housekeeping duties.
Experience
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with families, and healthcare professionals. A commitment to providing high-quality care and maintaining client dignity at all times.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 per week
