Responsabilites des preposes a l'entretien menager d'un etablissement :
Balayer, passer l'aspirateur, essuyer et passer la vadrouille dans les unites d'entreposage, les corridors, les salles de bain, les ascenseurs, etc.
Eliminer les dechets.
Entretenir et surveiller les stocks de produits de nettoyage et commander d'autres produits de nettoyage au besoin.
Qualifications minimales pour les preposes a l'entretien menager d'un etablissement :

Milieu de travail :
Ce travail implique des risques moderes ou des risques de malaises qui necessitent des mesures de securite speciales, p. ex. travailler en presence de pieces en mouvement, de machines, d'emanations ou de produits chimiques irritants. On pourra donc exiger le port de vetements ou d'equipement de protection individuelle comme des masques, des lunettes, des gants ou des ecrans faciaux.
Exigences physiques :
Ce travail requiert des actions comportant de l'effort physique comme rester sur place autant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur pendant de longues periodes de temps, parcourir des espaces ainsi que se repositionner pour atteindre et utiliser des outils. Il faut aussi pouvoir deplacer de l'equipement pesant un minimum de 23 kg (50 lb) avec ou sans aide.

Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:
Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, etc.
Dispose of trash
Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
Facility Housekeeper Minimum Qualifications:
Organization skills
Willingness to learn
Self-starter
Work Environment:
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.
Physical Demands:
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
