Main Functions

As-tu le profil d\'un(e) Pr\xc3\xa9pos\xc3\xa9(e) au conditionnement ?

Comment :

• Assurer la mise en marche quotidienne des \xc3\xa9quipements selon les proc\xc3\xa9dures d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9rations normalis\xc3\xa9es (PON).
• Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que la ligne de production soit ad\xc3\xa9quatement aliment\xc3\xa9e en mat\xc3\xa9riel de conditionnement.
• Participer aux inspections et aux v\xc3\xa9rifications en cours de production du conditionnement (poids, exactitude de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tiquette, nombre de comprim\xc3\xa9s par bouteille, etc.).

• Surveiller les \xc3\xa9quipements afin de s\xe2\x80\x99assurer qu\xe2\x80\x99ils sont ajust\xc3\xa9s de fa\xc3\xa7on optimale et pour d\xc3\xa9celer toute non-conformit\xc3\xa9 ou une tendance \xc3\xa0 une non-conformit\xc3\xa9.
• Effectuer les ajustements et les r\xc3\xa9parations mineures en cours de production (troubleshooting).
• S\xe2\x80\x99assurer du respect des standards et voire \xc3\xa0 ce que l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement fonctionne efficacement.
• G\xc3\xa9rer les situations mineures qui sont de son ressort, sinon s\xe2\x80\x99en remettre \xc3\xa0 son sup\xc3\xa9rieur imm\xc3\xa9diat.
• Participer aux d\xc3\xa9montages, aux montages et aux r\xc3\xa9glages des \xc3\xa9quipements sur la ligne de conditionnement (set-ups).
• S\xe2\x80\x99assurer de compl\xc3\xa9ter ad\xc3\xa9quatement tout document relatif \xc3\xa0 sa fonction.
• Participer au nettoyage de la salle de production et des \xc3\xa9quipements.
• Assurer un suivi avec son sup\xc3\xa9rieur imm\xc3\xa9diat de toute probl\xc3\xa9matique, bris d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipement et les moyens entrepris ou \xc3\xa0 entreprendre pour corriger la situation.
• Garder son environnement de travail propre et organis\xc3\xa9 en tout temps.
• Veiller \xc3\xa0 respecter les r\xc3\xa8gles g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales d\xe2\x80\x99hygi\xc3\xa8ne et de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 au travail.

Technical skills

Required

• Poss\xc3\xa9der un DES ou une formation \xc3\xa9quivalente
• Plus d\'un an (1) an d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa0 titre d\'op\xc3\xa9rateur-ajusteur, d\'\xc3\xa9lectrom\xc3\xa9canicien ou dans tout autre poste similaire dans l\'industrie alimentaire ou pharmaceutique (BPF).

• Une bonne dext\xc3\xa9rit\xc3\xa9 manuelle

• Minutie et rigueur.
