What will you do?



Ensure facilities are secure in accordance with Edon Management's standards and facility's contract requirements Provide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper security of facilities, including those at new sites Manage and respond to critical incidents by coordinating staff for adequate response Review incident reports and investigate internal security issues as required Perform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled security guard absences. Liaise with clients and address security requests and issues Ensure security related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met Work on a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends

What are we looking for?



Must have a valid Security License Minimum two years of experience in a security-related supervisory role Excellent knowledge of security practices Strong command of the English language (reading and writing) Strong customer care, communication and client management skills Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives * Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
