We are looking for a dynamic prospector to support our acquisition efforts in the real estate sector. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls to property owners to gauge their interest in a potential sale.
Actively search for acquisition opportunities using various channels, including Facebook Marketplace groups and real estate platforms like Realtor.ca.
Contact a targeted list of commercial real estate brokers located in Edmonton, Calgary, and surrounding areas to identify buildings for sale. Forward all leads to the internal team.
Establish connections with real estate firms on LinkedIn to identify potential sellers or off-market opportunities.
Once real estate brokers in each region have been identified (via internal research), follow up with them to ask if they have any properties for sale that meet our criteria.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Strong proficiency with computers and online communication tools.
Autonomy, attention to detail, and motivation to meet prospecting goals.
Assets
Experience in cold calling or lead generation (strong asset).
Comfortable engaging with professionals, particularly in the real estate sector.
