The Opportunity: The prorate insurance advisor position requires an enthusiastic, confident, sales-oriented team player. We are currently looking for an individual to fill a full-time prorate and cargo insurance advisor. This is a varied role, which would see the successful candidate dealing with prorate and cargo new business, remarketing, renewals, payments, and cancellations, while also answering any client queries in office or over the phone. We are looking for a Regular Full-Time employee with a strong understanding of the ICBC/Autoplan/ prorate/cargo insurance sector and the ability to maintain positive working relationships to join our Surrey Head office at 120 - 12888 80th Ave. Surrey, BC, V3W 3A8 Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Processing ICBC, Prorate and Cargo new, Renewals, remarketing \xc2\xb7 Answering telephone calls and email inquiries \xc2\xb7 Facilitating Prorate and Cargo New Business Quotes \xc2\xb7 Helping customers find best insurance solutions that meet their needs. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring customer satisfaction and offering advice that helps them make informed decisions. \xc2\xb7 Analyze the client\'s coverage requirements, exposures, and loss history, and make specific risk management suggestions.
