The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in leading the planning, production and execution phases of a wide variety of
regional, national and international events - both large and small, including; strategic corporate conferences, local
business meetings, dinners, happy hours etc.
About the role
- Plan and produce in-person and virtual events from concept through completion: identify opportunities
including sponsorships, define strategy and goals, manage vendors and logistics, source equipment and
marketing materials.
- Develop top-of-the-line events in collaboration with Growth and Content Managers, Sales teams to drive
new leads and spread brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency and creativity across all event touchpoints by developing new event ideas, concepts,
processes, and formats.
- Research the industry event opportunities.
- Improve preparation processes and define what worked and what did not, refine and document details,
drawbacks, and results of each event.
What you bring
- 2-4 years of experience in event management.
- Proven track record of planning a range of events for multiple audiences, preferably at a high-growth tech
startup.
- Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments.
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop strategies and track metrics for
events.
- Strong working knowledge of real estate, finance or tech conferences.
- Passionate about transforming brand principles into real-life experiences.
