Your role in our team

You will collaborate with Business Development, engineering, PMO, operation, installation, service, and suppliers to develop both competitive and sole-source proposals for RFI\'s/RFP\'s/RFQ\'s.

You will coordinate and collaborate with all the different internal stakeholders. This is key to successfully developing high-quality proposals that address customer requirements in a timely manner and within the allocated proposal budget.

You will review customer documentation to identify all requirements and create Requirement Compliance Matrix.

You will create bidding and proposal project plans (timelines, deliverables, review schedules, risk assessments, trade-off\'s, and internal signoff\'s), establish and maintain the budget for each proposal activity.

You will coordinate and manage proposal activities, such as: proposal kickoff meeting with the proposal team, segregate requirements relevant to each department (engineering, finance, service, operation, etc.), assign bidding and documentation activities, and track all activities.

You will guide the proposal team through coordinated reviews, status reporting, bidding and technical writing instructions and question resolution.

You will plan, prepare and conduct proposal reviews at all levels including individual contributors, leads, department heads and management. You will work closely with the execution team to create a complete proposal package for the customer, including technical proposals, business proposals, service proposals, and sales presentations.

You will draft non-technical sections (Executive Summary, Introduction, Timeline, Budget, Evaluation and Metrics, Risk Management, and Conclusion) of the proposal.

You will review and edit proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

You will establish the proposal pricing structure according to customer requirements and in coordination with business unit team.

You will coordinate pricing activities with relevant departments.

You will manage post proposal activities such as Q&A responses, scope change, revisions, and pricing updates.

You will conduct research to support proposal development, including market research and competitor analysis.

You will develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, standard language, and other resources to support proposal development. You will improve the efficiency of the proposal process and reduce response times - delivering better value to our clients in less time.

You will manage multiple proposals simultaneously, working within tight deadlines and changing priorities.

Your Profile

You have a BS degree with strong background in proposal development, negotiation, and procurement.

You have a minimum of five (5) years\' experience in proposal management preferably in complex contracts.

You are driven to achieve success with the proposal team. By collaborating together, you can create impressive results that will make a positive impact on our organization\'s future pursuits.

You possess the confidence to effectively communicate with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

You have diligently crafted an exceptionally comprehensive proposal, providing a high level of detail to ensure success.

You have strong communication skills with the ability to develop clear and compelling proposals.

You have experience in technical writing.

You have strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

You pay strong attention to details, with the ability to ensure that all proposal requirements are met.

You have the ability to work under tight deadlines and changing priorities.

You are proficient with MS Project, Excel and Word, PowerPoint as well as SharePoint.

You are willing to travel up to 10%.
