Property Specialist - Facility Operations
Are you forward-thinking and always looking to establish better systems and processes?
As a property specialist you will, investigate, implement, assess and manage all functions of Service Channel as it relates to Retail Locations, Supply Chain and CHQ facilities support services. You'll engage in project completion tasks which will require in market travel.
In this role, the successful candidate is needed to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

What you'll do:Oversee all activities associated with ServiceChannel Platform Support instore project execution validation Oversee preventive maintenance programs Create, and maintain scope of work, and standard operating procedure documents Respond and schedule trades for incoming work order requests Schedule and coordinate all periodic work, including fire inspection, emergency lighting, HVAC, plumbing & Electrical Work with retail and DC Maintenance to ensure best practices and training documentation are up to date Provide updates on platform changes to supply chain operations proactively

What we're looking for:1-2 years with Facilities background or equivalent retail infield project support Experience with Service Channel or similar CMMS platform Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills The ability to be available for support in unplanned after hours events when needed

Annualized base pay range
$64,000.00 - $68,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
