About the Role

As a

Property Restoration Technician

, you will support a wide range of restoration services.

Your duties may include:

Demolition and site preparation Contents handling, packing, moving, and storage with extreme care Water damage restoration (extraction, drying, monitoring) Fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization Emergency response for flood, fire, and other property damage claims Cleaning and restoration of damaged properties Preparing areas for abatement and specialized restoration work Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism Following safety procedures and company protocols at all times Participating in a scheduled

on-call rotation

for after-hours and weekend emergencies (overtime paid) Working in various environments including tight spaces, at heights, and in all weather conditions Assisting with warehouse and shop duties as needed

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and efficiently Strong work ethic and accountability Attention to detail and willingness to learn Honest, reliable, and safety-conscious No prior restoration experience required --

Construction or restoration experience Health & safety training or certifications Ownership of basic hand tools Steel-toed safety boots
