Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction, basic plumbing, repair background and be proficient in property maintenance. If you have a passion for maintaining buildings and ensuring smooth operations, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks on buildings and basic repairs, drywall, painting,
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
- Manage and call for repairs such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities including Fire Inspections
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
- Proficiency in reading schematics
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with staff and vendors
- Fluency in English for effective communication Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of basic property repair, drywall, painting, tiling, flooring etc..
