detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of
medical buildings, pharmacy locations, and other commercial properties
. This role supports the operational, financial, and maintenance needs of our properties and works closely with leadership, landlords, tenants, and service providers.
Position Summary
The Part-Time Property Manager is responsible for the coordination of property operations, including maintenance, lease administration, vendor management, and basic property-related financial tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple properties and priorities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the general condition and maintenance of
medical buildings, pharmacy locations, and other commercial properties
Coordinate and schedule repairs, preventative maintenance, and renovations
Liaise with contractors, trades, landlords, property owners, and building management
Coordinate and oversee trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and general repairs
Conduct regular site inspections and address deficiencies in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Lease & Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain working knowledge of commercial leases
Track lease terms, renewals, expiries, and key obligations
Assist with lease renewals and related documentation
Coordinate communication between tenants, landlords, and ownership
Financial & Reporting Responsibilities
Reconcile property-related invoices and expenses
Assist with bookkeeping related to property management
Track maintenance costs, service contracts, and vendor invoices
Support budget tracking and expense reporting
Maintain organized property files and records
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in property management, facilities management, or commercial real estate preferred
Knowledge of
commercial leases, renewals, and reconciliations
is an asset
Experience with basic bookkeeping and invoice reconciliation
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and vendor coordination abilities
Ability to work independently across multiple locations
Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is an asset
Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic documentation tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
