Position Overview: As the Property Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of a portfolio of properties. Your role will encompass various aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance coordination, budget management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of effectively managing properties, fostering tenant satisfaction, and optimizing property performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Cultivate positive tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure properties are attractively marketed and vacancies are minimized.

Develop and execute property budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget.

Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and regulatory standards.

Prepare and distribute regular reports to stakeholders, detailing property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics.

Stay informed about local property market trends and competition, adjusting strategies as needed to maintain competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred but not required).

Proven experience in property management with a minimum of 6 years managing residential/commercial/mixed-use properties.

Strong understanding of property management regulations, laws, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, team members, and vendors.

Proficiency in property management software and tools for tracking leases, maintenance, and financials.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions that positively impact property performance.

Knowledge of real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
