As our portfolio of short-term rental properties grows, we are seeking a dedicated remote Property Manager to ensure each listing is optimized for visibility, profitability, and guest satisfaction. Managing online property profiles, updating availability, setting competitive pricing, and engaging with guests in a timely and professional manner are all critical to maintaining our high standards and maximizing occupancy. This role supports our ongoing need to scale efficiently while delivering exceptional guest experiences across all platforms.

What you need to know about the team



You'll be part of a large, globally distributed team of remote Property Managers who collectively oversee a portfolio of 2,500+ short-term rental properties worldwide. Our team operates across different regions and time zones, collaborating through well-established systems and processes to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction. While you'll manage your own portfolio independently, you'll be supported by a broader network of experienced professionals, centralized resources, and an operations team committed to continuous improvement and growth.

About the job



You'll be the driving force behind the online presence and guest experience for a portfolio of short-term rental properties. Your role is to create compelling listings, manage pricing and availability, and ensure every guest interaction is smooth and positive. Crafting engaging property titles and descriptions. Setting nightly and seasonal rates based on market trends Updating calendars to reflect accurate availability Responding promptly to guest inquiries and reviews Your attention to detail and proactive management directly boost occupancy rates, optimize revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction, which strengthens our reputation and drives the growth of our global property portfolio.

Jobs and Responsibilities



Create and publish compelling property listings with accurate titles and descriptions Set and adjust nightly and seasonal rates to maximize revenue Maintain and update property availability calendars in real-time Communicate professionally and promptly with guests before, during, and after their stay Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams as needed to ensure property readiness Monitor guest reviews and feedback to continuously improve the guest experience

Skills and experience



Proven experience in property management or a similar role, preferably with short-term rentals Strong written communication skills for crafting engaging listings and guest interactions Familiarity with pricing strategies and calendar management tools Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple properties efficiently Comfortable using online platforms such as Airbnb, or Vrbo Customer-focused mindset with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
