Lead operations for critical facilities including the Red Deer Remand Centre and Justice Centre.

A clear Criminal Record Check (CRC) is essential due to the sensitive nature of these sites.

Your Impact:


As Property Manager, you will:

Lead Operations:

Ensure daily building performance, repairs, and tenant satisfaction across secure facilities.

What You Bring

5+ years

of experience in property or facilities management, including team leadership and vendor coordination Strong knowledge of

building systems

: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, landscaping, and caretaking Experience managing

residential, commercial, and agricultural lease agreements

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Designations such as

RPA, CPM, or FMA

, or actively pursuing one

5th or 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate

is an asset Proficiency in

Microsoft Office, CMMS, BMCS

, and accounting software (MRI experience a plus) Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
